Fog switch

Just bought some fogs to put in and i want to wire them to one of the two buttons i hav under the stereo that dont do anything (the third one is the rear defroster). Does anyone have any idea how to do this, such as if theres even wiring to and from that switch?

Those just pop out if I remember right. So you can run your wires up and through the hole from the back side. That way you can attach the wires to the switch without having to use your childrens arms. Then you just feed the wires back down and snap the switch back in.

Re: Fog switch

if you are never going to run them without the parking lights just run a relay and have the rely on lead go to the power line of the parking lights~

you can also buy an OEM fog light switch CHEAP from a junk yard, they just pop out easily enough. Pop the shifter boot area off (raise up) then from the back side push the button out and it pops right out, unplug and heck if you can cut the wires on the other end of the plug so you can wire it up to your setup~

many make a full wiring kit as well if you want to go that route, be SURE to use a fuse and relay to power it where the fuse is within 18" of so at least to the battery.
