V6 complex

Am I the only v6 owner that gets given crap about having a v6! I mean I expected it but not this much and the worst comes from V8 Stang owners!
Jw if I'm alone

im pretty sure every v6 owner gets it man its cool. one of my "friends" always says man thats a sexy stang, but too bad its just a six. f**k it , doesnt bother me at all. we all gotta start off somewhere right. with these gas prices, v8's will be easier to come by

I hear it only from close friends. And when I take it to a shop or auto parts store they ask my what kind of car. I say 03 Mustang. They hear that and casually look out the window at it and say, "Nice, GT?" And I have to say nah V6. To me, I'm driving my dream car, which is pretty fast for a 6, at 19 years old. I'm ok with waiting until I'm older or even retired to be the guy in the town with the GT, Cobra, or Mach 1

No kidding, the more I drive my sixer the more I love it! It's a sports car that gets good mileage plus the motor has tons of potential to be a cobra killer.

+100! Girls love the Stangs! Idk if it's the subs making their hair frizzy or the engine shaking the seat under their butt

Im in college and you wouldn't imagine the number of times in the past year I've had girls say da** that's a nice mustang. I got duals on my v6 so to them it's just bad a** lol I love it. But I do get crap from other stang owners so it does get a little annoying at times. But hey I got a 5 speed that i love and they do too, plus I think you should have a manual if you have a stang, IMO

Just remember, there will always be a faster car...it doesn't matter how, when or why but there's always someone out there to 1 up ya..that being said just be happy with what you have, take pride in it and if you want something faster or better, make it a goal to achieve it, work hard and you'll get it

Re: V6 complex

I've never gotten crap personally, but if you look on youtube videos of mustang V6's look in the comments theres always a couple there. I'm still in high school and there's only been one mustang GT and barely any other cars with V8's? where i'm at there's only really two kinds of people hippies and oakies/rednecks. so theres mostly 4 cylinder hondas in one side of the parking lot and diesel and V8 trucks in another side. My friends are kinda jealous of my little 3.8 stang though. I say it could be better since its still stock with a 145hp. Only one of my friends drive and he has a 92hp hyundai accent 4door. I had 2door model before i talked my parents(My dad helped me out ALOT! my mom loved the hyundai) just waiting to get my 4.2 rebuild done so i can drop it in.

The person that has the unique car will be remembered more than the quickest.
