Grill Delete?

Okay so I have the black pony grill emblem and I love it but it doesn't stand out as much as I was wanting and hoping it would on my front grill. I am thinking of getting rid of my ugly honeycomb grill and the nasty/cheap chrome looking plastic around the grill emblem. I really don't want to spend money on a delete kit though. Is there a way I can just pull off the grill and trim bezel around my grill emblem and it look right? If not, I won't do it. I'm Plasti-Dipping my wheels tomorrow and that's the last mod as far as looks and performance that my pony will get. After this I will just do routine maintenance when needed and then drive her into the ground until she just won't go any more.

Agree with you on the ugly chrome trim around the pony. Could consider plastic dipping just that to make it a little better. But good luck finding a cheap solution (plus I really wanna hear it too)
