Yeah I still have 2 and a half cans left and I've done both fronts and one coat on my rears! Only used a can and a half!

I read allow 15-30 minutes between coats. I did about 20 on my fronts and I've done 30 on my rears and they've already turned out so much better!

I know, I prefer the glossy look but for the ease and low cost of the plasti dip, it would be worth doing, I can always remove it if I don't like it.

Could always plasti dip, then put something on it to give it that glossy look, then a plasti dip clear coat.

Here's my latest dip. i needed a snell rated helmet for auto x and i got one for cheap... But it was fugly because i need a 2xl and it was all they had... So i dipped it. then just for fun i cut some 3m blue painters tape up and stuck it on. looks way better than the paint job on it.

I really like the dipped wheels... They fit the car so much better now that they are with the black and yellow theme

Thanks! I have found, however, it peels and shreds really easy. I've had to take a can out and cover up where it's already gotten messed up a little twice since I did them Tuesday. One was from getting a new tire but they were gentle on it when I explained I had just dipped them a few days ago and it still got torn up. Hoping they stay now because they look good!

That's strange. I've had my tires off and on a dozen times and been through rain and mud and the dip has survived. And I did it months and months ago.

Did you perhaps not put a thick enough coat on?

I did 4 coats of dip and 4 of gloss. Idk how that wouldn't be thick enough am I right?
