I have posted this elsewhere... but it is important info for almost everyone...
So... I committed myself to buying a posi differential with my next paycheck...
I went to AmericanMuscle.com to bookmark the web page with their 7.5" FRPP differential for $204.99 and
found that it is no longer available through them... I thought "no problem" since lots of people sell them....
Next I went to Summit, they showed the same price that AM had. $204.99 with free shipping so I bookmarked
the page and I waited for payday so I could order it...
Payday came, I clicked on bookmark and got a "This page does not exist" message. I did a search and sure
enough, Summit no longer carries it either.
Next I went straight to the source! (FRPP) and again, they have also discontinued this T-Lok differential
as it is no longer available on their website...
I went to ebay and saw that JEGS is selling them for $218 with free shipping, so I bought one from them.
WTF is going on? From now on are we, the one-wheel-peel V6 owners, going to be forced to spend two or
three or four times as much money just to get better traction? I can't afford an Auburn or an 8.8 swap!
