Fuse Box replacement, PLEASE HELP!

So, my car has been cutting out randomly and resetting the gauges at the same time. I found out it has to do with the fuse box. The bolt that holds the power cable from the battery just spins and never gets tight because the plastic is broken that holds it in place and allows it to be tightened.

Basically my question is this: CAN YOU JUST REPLACE THE FUSE BOX OR DO YOU HAVE TO REPLACE THE WIRING HARNESS? Please help. Also, how much would a replacement cost?!
