I changed the camshaft sensor still didn't start so I guess I'll try the crankshaft next

that code has two probable causes..you replaced the first cause...ok that didn't work...second cause is timing chain. time to take the cover off and check everything out. as for your line issue. kinda looks like it's part of the EVAP system...not a vaccum hose that's going to cause these issues.

Make sure you push the cps as far back towards the rear of the car as possible or the car will not crank. If that does not work. How to Install a camshaft sensor and/or synchronizer on a 1998 Ford Windstar 3.0L Auto Maintenance & Repairs

Did you just unscrew the 2 bolts and remove the sensor or did you take the whole shaft out. The video cps alignment is exactly the same for a Mustang.
Moving someone's cps is like removing a rotor button. The car will not crank if it is not aligned properly.

Over two years and car still won't start? You are persistant if nothing else. I would have towed it somewhere and had a mechanic look at it after two days.
