The return line coming off the fuel rail..

I changed the camshaft sensor still didn't start so I guess I'll try the crankshaft next

that code has two probable causes..you replaced the first cause...ok that didn't work...second cause is timing chain. time to take the cover off and check everything out. as for your line issue. kinda looks like it's part of the EVAP system...not a vaccum hose that's going to cause these issues.
