There are alot of things you can do using a handheld tuner than a chip.

Yup! It's usefull, i turned off my trac control, adjust my tire rev per mile when i switched my stock tires to bigger one, adjust your odometer when when you upgrade your gears. *__*

Actually both handheld and chip are good they won't sell that if it isn't good, in the long run your still the one deciding it, we're just here giving suggestions. Go for the one your comfortable with, yes your right they give free tunes but both of them from bama offers that free tunes for life. I'm a diablosport user that's why i cannot give you more info about bama tunes.

Im picking up a sct livewire today and I'll fill you in on it. From what I've been told and researched myself tuner is x10 better than the chip.

Get a dyno tune. It sets up your car utilizing actual real world data from your car. You get the best performance out of it and its the cheapest way to go. The shop will charge yo the same price for the hand-held $379.00 and then $100.00 for the dyno runs to set you up with multiple tune files to choose from. That's the only way to go!!

Some people don't have access for a dyno tuner and while you stack on mods a tuner is easier till its actually worth it to do a dyno pull
