Suspension Question

The only difference between the v6 suspension and GT is the quad shocks?
All the springs and shocks will fit other wise?

The gt does have quad shocks in the rear but the spring and shock rates are higher on the front also because of the weight difference.

Re: Suspension Question

Yah there is a slight change in valving and spring rate but you can use them.

Keep in mind the convertible springs/shocks/struts are different than the coupes.

You could swap in GT coupe parts on a v6 coupe, but I wouldn't swap in vert parts off any mustang onto a coupe as the rates are different to compensate for the added weight.

K because I wanna put GT lowering kit.
Because it lowers it slightly more. It's like 1.2 instead of 1"

What is this "GT Lowering Kit" you speak of?

Re: Suspension Question

Is that the Eibach Pro System...the GT kit lowers 1.1" all around, the V6 kit lowers 1.2" in the front and 1" in the rear.
