Quite so. Did this about a year ago when i got it, and the feel of it is 100x better. Plus i can now hit WOT and not worry about being blocked by the floor

The pedal is certainly higher and the throttle is more responsive. Its cheap, and has no draw backs to it. Allows you to hit WOT easier which is a plus for me. I was leaving work this morning and i love going WOT with my exhaust dunped after the y pipe and hearing my tires chirp when i shift into second

I didn't think it would be this hard to find a 1" nylon spacer.... Is it normal for the brake and the gas to be lower then the clutch? My gas petal is way to close to the floor

Exactly how mine is so I'm guessing that's normal.

This is a must-have mod. Installation wasn't hard- it is pretty tight down there though. The hardest part for me was cutting the slit in the spacer. An Xacto knife was not doing the job. Better off using some kind of rotary tool / dremel if you have one.

I'm also curious about this. Anyone got a picture of the nylon spacer with the slit cut in it already? I'd prefer to actually see it before I do this. Sounds pretty simple though.
