Different bolt pattern, they won't fit.

Ignore this ^ they have the same bolt pattern, all mustangs have the same bolt pattern (except for the 4 lug cars) the difference is in offset. The sn95 rims will sit too far out on the S197 and the S197s rims will sit too far in on the SN95.

However there is an adapter at American Muscle I think!

Adapter make the rims set flush or stick out the fender well depending in size of adapter

Or also bolt up to stock axel and give you a different lug pattern or offset
