When I take me foot off the gas and start to slow down I hear a noise , don't know how to explain it tho

It's not that loud but almost sounds like jet engine lol but I hear it some times but not all the time

Check ur ujoints, wheel bearings, rear end. Make sure everything is greased and oiled properly. That's a good start.
