reverse skiping

I wad going forward looking for a parking space and boom I found one. So I pulled to reverse into the space but I noticed that when I put in reverse and stepped on the gas lightly it like skipped. Kinda like if it was hitting and the wheels had a hard time rotating. It's hAppend about three times now. Any ideas of what's up fellow stangers

I want to say your wheels spun a little, but I'm guessing that something in the rear axle isn't quite right.

Lucas oil makes a auto tranny additive that's supposed to help with slipping and other annoyances. You can pick it up at any auto parts store and maybe Walmart.
