Window motor! HELP!

I put in a new window motor a couple months ago on my 2000 V6 and now my window might roll up or down partially(whichever it decides) and then all I can here is what sounds to be the motor work but no action. Can someone help me please! Thanks!

Regulator could be bad or out of alignment..
