exhaust

Just put dual classpack side exhaust on my 94 v6. Sounds awesome as hell. Whats everyone else runnin wit?

I had a super 44 flowmaster on it then i bout this system and u can tell a huge difference. Sounds sp much better with glasspacks

I really, really like the decision of the glasspack location directly behind the cats. Running 2.25 or 2.5 inch pipe from there out to rear bumper great idea. Thinking outside the box, and the pipe run after increases quality of exhaust note/tone.
I did similar thinking. Put my cats directly in front of mid-pipe for optimal flow:

They have vid on youtube just look up 3.8 sidepipe glasspacks. Mine sounds pretty close, but my has a nice rumble to it, wen i get a chance ill try to get it on youtube for ya

Cherry bombs, cost 275 including tax, im not sure how long the pipe is but ik its 2 n 1/4 inch pipe my guess is its 30" to the bend then 20" to the side

not "bad" but glasspacks get worse as they age, burn out all the packing

Glade you like you exhaust. I ran Glass Packs before. I was not happy with them at all. And becareful with side exhaust I couldn't tell you how many times i had to get pipe replaced from bending and denting pipe from being too low. it was a nightmare. anyways good luck

I had glass packs on mine but then after a few months I regretted it being the packing wears down..I changed over to flowmaster super 40s, divorced pipes I like it but I'm changing to SLP loudmouth 2...the flow masters sound amazing tho good rumble and no one can tell if it's a V6 or V8

Still do. They are great as a single muffler, better as dual exhaust for Mustang 3.8L cars. Cherry Bomb Extreme is very much the same but different.

I really don't know the shop did the install for me but It's just a cheap muffler. Flowmaster sound better but i just wanted something cheap.
