Door sill plates help? - Mustang Evolution

Door sill plates help?

Need to replace the long piece of plastic next to the door sill plate right under the door. Im thinking on paining it black for an all black interior but the one i have on, my dad ripped it off wrong. What is it called? Anyone got one for sale?

Is that the skinny sill plate that says "mustang" half way down?

As said a junk yard would be your best bet...probably get one there cheaper.

If no luck there try an online salvage yard -MPS Auto Salvage or Prestige Mustang

I'd imagine they'd have something but if they don't for some reason Latemodel Restoration sells them for $17 a piece.

It's not the black plastic thing it's a long piece next to the carpet.

I want to know what their called? I accidentally broke one and need a new one. I just can't find them on the web. I'm going to the junk yards on Friday so I can get one.

That's part of the sill plate, i think that trim is called scuff plates. A friend of mine bought 1 off ebay he broke it when he tries to put amp wires in it.
