Help!!!

Folks , need your help . My car still not running normal. I'm only using my 2004 v6 twice a week. Problem is , my check engine light blinks on my dash and the car shakes when I stop seems the engine Is dying but it's not and I smell something bad on my exhaust.

This problem happen last week , the car running dual exhaust with an X pipe and flowmaster 44 series's or long time. Then last week I decided to replace my X pipe to an H pipe for a change. So after they install the H pipe the car running okay and strong everything is normal. Then the next day morning drove my car for less than a mile then suddenly my car acting crazy. It shaking and there a bad smell on my exhaust system and the check engine light blinking. So I went home park my car and decided to disconnect my negative terminal , because I'm guessing maybe when I install my H pipe I didn't disconnect it. I thought removing negative terminal on my battery solve my problem but it's not. There is no check engine light blinking anymore after I remove the negative terminal, but my car still shaking and the exhaust smelling so bad.

This happen after I replace my X to An H pipe. And I try to get code of my car I couldn't get it because they always said on the code reader is ' no code reading ' . I really don't know if it's bad to replace my X pipe to H pipe and when I'm driving it before it change to the 2nd gear the rpm is all the way up to 3000 rpm before it change. I hope you guys can help me with this simple promlem. Is there any other way to get the code of my car so they can tell me what exactly is the main problem. Appreciate you help, thank you guys..

There's nothing wrong on installing a h or y pipe on our v6. Try to check your CAI if it was installed properly, if you dont have 1 i think you have a bad o2 sensor. Try to replace it with new ones.

Might need new cats
Drive it and when the check engine light blinks check if any of your cats are glowing red hot. They might be plugged up
