Brakes would be highest priority, then trams mount, then rear main seal, then fluid flushes. Fluid flushes are maintenance, but the other 3 pose more serious issues.

Pricing depends on area, call around to some local shops and get pricing

Ive had the car for a since march putting little money into it for my gf, being her first car.i bought all four 17inch tires recently and this morning I did the oil change, tinted the back windows, bought two brand new seat covers for $8 @wallmart, washed the engine and vacuum the entire car bc the guy I bought it from never took care of it & DIDN'T EVEN think he was a mustang fan bc the two back tires had absolutely no thread I'm talking about even seeing their wires sticking out

Re: *free courtesy check*

You obviously dont know how oil change places work

Step one would be to take your car to a good honest shop (mom and pop shops are usually the best)

and get an opinion from someone who isnt just trying to get your money

Now im not saying that your car might not need those services done, just trying to help save you some cash

That is crazy 200 per axle they must have seen you coming from a mile away. Every time you go to a dealership they will always say that something needs to be fixed or changed. You should try to do the work your self brakes are real easy to do.

Yeah brakes aren't much. I just got a coupon from Ford today 179.99 per axle + tax includes machining rotors and drums.

Re: *free courtesy check*

I would get them to SHOW you the trans mount, see if its actually broken or just BS.... I dont trust dealers or techs at all. I have been told EVERY time I need new brakes even after I have just replaced them.

Trans Flush should be done every 20k or so ~ maybe 25k for automatics

brakes are easy you can do those yourself, you may require a tool to screw in the piston for the rears or fronts but its free to rent. Other than that its rather easy.
