HELP! Fuel gauge stuck

Ok guys so a few days ago I was running on empty and filled up my tank and put a bottle of STP fuel system restore in it too. And now the needle on the fuel gauge wont move. When it's turned off it goes all the way to the bottom like usual but when it's on it always reads full and I've already driven 100 miles. And I'm pretty sure the STP doesn't do that much for your gas mileage haha. Anyone have any ideas?

You might need to get it checked. However I drive like 70 miles on a full tank and the needle doesn't move. But if it's never done that get it checked
