2001 mustang vibration at cold in reverse and first gear

I start feeling a vibration in my car when engine is cold does not vibrate in adle ones I shift to reverse it start to vibrate like a misfire (not misfire codes) I shift to drive and it does the same think in first gear after engine is warm or hot no vibrations not matter if it's on R or D
Jobs done
Spark plugs and spark plugs wires
Fuel filter
Trans oil change, fix a p1518 code IMRC stuck open

And the vibration still happening any ideas what it could be?

Idk the motor may just run a little rough until it warms up. Our cars are pretty old tbh.

Wells guys finally I found the problems after checking all fuel and electrical systems and compression in all my cylinder and everything was ok... Last week I got a code in the freeway when I got home i check with the scanner and it was a misfire in piston 1 I decide to check my ignition coil. Even though I was working. I test it and o found out that it was too old and it was weak. 75 dollars later i install it and all the vibrations were gone and now my car is running good. Thank you for your help and ideas...
