I orders a stage 2 ram I believe from AM. Its a great clutch, its their sport clutch and grabs teally well. The pedal will be stiffer but youll get used to it. In the big picture it was pretty easy to do. You drop the exhaust, unbolt your u-joints and slide out the drive shaft drop your tranny( if you wanna change your tranny oil it would help to drain it before you drop it) and it will be just sittin there lookin at ya lol they give you new bolts for it. I would also suggest getting an aluminum flywheel. You will love it man!

Sorry man didn't know about your experience. Yeah I was pretty sure it was a ram I'll double check tho. Yeah the flywheel it a LOT lighter! Even by haven them both outta the car and lifting them individually, you can totally tell a weight difference. Plus the new flywheel has a replaceable friction plate so you can keep it fresh. It revs up way quicker and drives like its 300lbs lighter! Hands down one of the best mods I've done. Besides, that clunky piece of junk they have in there is just to help drivability. I believe you know how to properly drive your stang |

F'n stealership LIED TO ME!! They said:
"The previous owner brought this car in for a new clutch and while he was waiting for his wife to come pick him up he took a new 2012 Mustang for a test drive and ended up trading this one in on it. We PUT IN A NEW CLUTCH and put it on the lot"
8,000 miles later and it needs a new clutch. The throwout bearing is going out, under hard acceleration the clutch slips. Looking through the inspection cover shows very little material left. I can't take it back and file a complaint because after 12 months and 8,000 miles they can easily say that I burned it out myself... not happy.
Edit: I have been shopping for a clutch too, and I decided that I am going to get an OEM from ACDelco. Clutch, pressure plate, pilot bearing, throwout bearing, and alignment tool for under $150. I have no real need for anything beefier than stock.

OEM, dont do like all the little Hondas n stuff NGO get the hardest clutch you can find, get one realistic to your power, up to about 3-400 hp stay OEM.

Well it's easier to install a stiffer clutch that you can build up to than install an OEM one then burn it out cuz you did some mods. You don't get a performance decrease from a sport clutch so it made sense to me to up grade my clutch while I'm at it so I don't have to worry about the clutch if I drop a turbo in there.
