After axle Dumps

exhaust wise i've done...

-dumps just after mufflers
-tail pipes to the bumper
-turndowns at the bumper
-side pipes

what i'm wondering is if anyone here is running dumps just after the axle...honestly i hated how normal dumps sounded....side pipes were a bit better since the exhaust had more tubing to run through. Then there's the tips to the bumper which is a bit too quiet for me, and i'm not a fan of tips hanging under the rear. I have a pile of exhaust just sitting in my garage and in it i found some over axle mandrel bent tubing from an old borla catback. I was considering just cutting off my tails (since it's SS mandrel bent so i don't wanna waste them buy cutting them at the axle)...and welding in the over axle borla pieces and leaving it dumped there.

just curious if anyones run this

looks good but what i'm doing is just taking the over axle tubing from a borla exhaust and having it put on...the tubing ends just after the axle so it'd be like a dumped setup. the reason i'm doing normal dumps is i dislike after muffler dumps

well it started with dumps straight toward the ground...that was vibration city. after some research i decided to angle the tips more at a diagonal...that took 90% of the vibration issues away so i was happy for a few months, but the sound just didn't do it for me. without some kinda tubing to help give it a nice tone it was just noise to me..loud and without any real aggressiveness. plus the moment i'd hit the 3k rpm range i sounded like an angry honda with a chambered muffler. Going over the axles would add maybe a foot or so of tubing, but i'm hopeing it's enough to give me a happy medium. if not i'll just go back to the full tail pipes

That kinda sucks because I think I gotta replace it anyway it's making a weird rattling sound from the inside.. So I'm guessing it fell apart

have you thought about hitting up a junk yard and buying a used GT exhaust so you can get tail pipes? or even prebent crimped tubing (as much as i dislike it) can be purchased at least around here for $50 a side new at any exhaust shop (had to do an emergency tail pipe replacement thanks to a rail road track lol)

i took a quick vid of my current exhaust after work last night, but it sucks hard lol. not much room to move in the side lot of the building
