Odometer

Just noticed today that my odometer isn't working at all. Where do I start looking for the problem

Odometer gear kit, rebuild kit.

Is your odometer digital like mine?
Mine is going on and off as I drive. I'm thinking that it has something to do with the gauge cluster harness where it plugs into the back of the cluster.
Going to take it off and plug it back in to see if its just a connection issue.

The 94-98 mustangs have a problem with the odometer gear failing.

Agreed. Its the two gears in the back of the cluster that are probably beat to crap. I bout the gears from late model restoration and it took me no more than a half hour once it was out of the car. Very easy fix for all levels of experiance
