New Exhaust System/ Emmision Testing Results

Friday morning I'm due for a new inspection sticker & registration/tags sticker. That in-tells getting an emissions test. For anyone interested, I will post the emissions test results.
New exhaust components include LT headers, high-flow cats, ProChamber, and mufflers.
The test will provide information on how well the new cats perform compared to stock system with all 4 cats.
I also placed the cats downstream of the headers collector, just before the mid-pipe for what I hoped would be most proficient location to operate/collect heat.

Thanks, but no- I worked with Excessive Motorsport in Manassas Va. to have it installed. They did the welding, I chose the parts and drew a design, it had to be cut up and welded together to fit, like any V6 exhaust system.

Alot of money. MAC ceramic longtube headers, SW hi-flow cats, stainless steel MAC ProChamber, Flowmaster 10 Series mufflers, tailpipes, Borla tips.
Labor was 10 hours. Had to perform EGR delete, SCT files adjustment= $750.00
After dyno re-tunes, gained 10HP.

looks good man...well worth the cash for the sound alone and the feel of the butt dyno (not to mention a decent gain)

good location for the cats. I'll have to remember that since i run a prochamber as well.

any before and after vids?

So, you removed the EGR? I don't understand how you could pass without the functioning EGR.

a tuner can fix that issue...in my state they don't pop the hood for emissions..its just a mirror test for cats and the obd2 plug in test. if he had the egr code cleaned out in a tune then here it would pass no issue...for a windstar swap that's how we get around not running an EGR here

Re: New Exhaust System/ Emmision Testing Results

Yeah, I passed emissions no problem. It is basically a test for visible smoke and function of catalytic converters. Unfortunately they do not provide the nox, ect.. readings. It just says PASS, PASS, PASS, ect.

Go to you-tube and I have many exhaust videos. Search: "robb15033". I have multiple setups on there but only hi-flow cats with the ProChamber. Never had the Prochamber installed while I had stock cats.
Check out all the video versions I had with stock cats and stock headers, ect.

Re: New Exhaust System/ Emmision Testing Results

Do me a favor and e-mail me with "Subject"-Flowmaster 10 Muffler. That way I can contact you quickly. I might replace these mufflers with a set of Borla XR-1 Multicore. If it happens in the next couple of weeks, I'll e-mail you back and you can have these for cost of shipping only.
