Ppl have been slapping N20 on cars(5.0L Mustangs) with zero tuning for decades with the vast majority of issues coming from spraying at too low RPM's, poor installation, and mis-jetting..
Small shots from wet systems are fine on engines in good running condition with a slightly cooler plug and a slight ****** of the timing...
05 and Mustangs are a diff story as they are hampered by finicky ECU's that IMO are in use to feed the aftermarket companies by requiring tunes for even the smallest mods..
Funny how the earliest Mass Air equipped vehicles adapted to a fair amount of mods before tuning became an issue..
There's no doubt a nitrous
tune(canned or dyno) will maximize the effect but on SN95 and older Mass Air cars it's not required..
