V6 CCRM / PFDM ISSUE SES w/ p1233 code

I drove throught the major rain storm on Tuesday and my ses light came on and the car stalled out on 40 and my cell phone battery was dead... It really sucked. Anyway, to make a very long story short the car now still has ses coming on after clearing it twice. I can start it and maybe drive 3 miles or so before it stalls / misfires / hesitations, ses light on, right turn signal light stays on ( no blinking ) , head lights stay on but very dimm. Also, the right turn signal light stays on ( no blinking ) , head lights stay on but very dimm and a ticking sound coming from passenger engine bay - all when the car is off with keys out of ignition. After hours of reading forums it appears that the CCRM OR FPDM has gone bad. I checked the inertia cutoff switch and it is working properly. Has anyone ever had any issues like this? Any help would be great. Anyone know where to get the parts on a budget ?
Thanks.

I know it's a fuel pump code however I'm having other issues so I believe it the ccrm that control other relays. I also notice that the second I turn on the a/c I get the ses light, car then hesitates, right turn signal on, headlight on.

Anyone know any thing about this ccrm:

The ccrm controls a lot of things.. If its bad your A/C won't turn on either. Try hitting it a few times maybe it'll fix but what the guy above was saying about water in the engine... That might be our problem... If you get in water deeper than half your tire maybe less water can enter the intake and get into your engine cause it to make holes in the engine because water can't compress so it gets stuck in the pistons I think it is or cylinders I'm not sure. They just bust holes in the engine.. You can see them most of the time so try getting under there and checking it out..

I don't have water damage. I was referring to everything else except that. My sea light doesn't come on but it hesitates and stalls if I turn in the air or my lights. I really need a solution to this problem ASAP

So if you leave lights off and air off the car stays on?

Might be a short. Could have gotten water in your fuse box or something in the engine.
