Bad thing is having to make a cowl hood or buying one. I wish I could cut a hole under the GT hood scoop but that wouldn't be enough.

I can't bring myself to change to front end again.
Or spend 650 for a 01 front
When I can buy a termi front for 300
But an 01 front with a cowl hood looks sick

We have talked so much about turbo on here I'm tired till someone can build a stock mustang v6 and spend as little as 1000 dollars and put a turbo let me know.

Too far from me but don't be scared of working on your car. The most important thing is to leave time in case things aren't going your way. I done everything except engine and power adder work. Soon i will be doing some engine work. Just research plan and work

Well i know about them yes but haven't install or have had one. But the best way is to build the car to be able to handle a turbo if you just add one you will break or damage parts on the car. Costing money and problems

I know the blocks can handle wicked power, but the low end can't handle much past 350
Some have pushed it to 400

---------- Post added at 10:24 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:21 AM ----------

300rwhp is what most of the m112 guys run and by what I've read they held up for a long time at that power with no problems

Yeah the m112 isn't a bad mod. Also the block it self no one had reached it limits its self but the inside and bottom are different

Except for the hood problem.
I'm thinking a t3/t4 twin set up

You wouldn't need to go hybrid. A pair of straight T3 garrett turbos from a 2.3 ford (.48 hot side) would be perfect.

I put down over 270 rwhp and 340 torque with a single stock t3 on my stock 2.3. A pair of them would be good for double those figures on a 3.8 (compressor wise).

But the t4 is slightly bigger?
And twins provide extra power?
Right?

Re: Most performance or HP for money?

Right,
A t3/t4 is a hybrid turbo that cobines the turbine side of a t3 and the compressor of a t4.
its not really needed unless you're talking about a single turbo that requires a t3 turbine flange.
Dual T3 garrett turbos from a 2.3 ford should put you into the 500rwhp range if you'd ever want to boost that high.
The .48 housings would spool around 2200-2500 rpm (guestimation)
