Re: Gas question

99% of octanes boosters wont even raise you 1 octane point...youd need a serious booster like c16 which you only normally find near a really good performance shop.

You'd be better off buying 3 gallons of 91... then mixing part for part. Wont be perfect but will do better then adding a booster.

Re: Gas question

No not any...barely any actually raise a full point. Always read the fine print on the backs of any booster.

Lol!!! Noooooo!! it's just like you gas up 3 gal of 91 then you pour 6 gal of 87 in your tank.. It's more comfy if you say mix 2 gals of 87 in every 4 gal of "93 octane"... Does it make sense? Lol...

Re: Gas question

Pretty much ...youll end up with about a 89 octane lvl in the end...maybe a bit more. But its better then just not using the gas. Unless you can just sell it lol

Re: Gas question

Just don't use any 'leaded' fuels to boost up the octane or your O2's and Cats will take damage.
c-16 is leaded.
