So i was thinking?

What are you thinking?

I was thinking instead of spending the 400$ on rims.. Maybe I should spend 370$ on a tuner? Yes no?

Re: So i was thinking?

yeah you might gain 1-2, but remember as you start modding more in most cases adding power will take away from your mpg. i think after my friends 4.2 build he got around 18 highway but he was ok with that

Re: So i was thinking?

Depends on how far you go..I know i went with the tuner ,,because i have anothe year and a half before i get the super charger..Once i get that the tuner is useless,,i have to use the one that comes with the ford supercharger kit..You might want to look online,,alot of times people upgrade and have to take their tune out to upload another with another flash programmer,,and you can get their old programmer pretty cheap

something to consider... generally, wider wheels and tires equate to less mpg due to weight&friction.

1.Buy a good set of wheels.

2.Lower it. Shocks/struts. CC plates.

3.Gears/Tlok. Tuner.

I would go with suspension first... Then looks... The power adders later on...
