Check engine light...

Been in town for school 1 day, service engine soon light is on. Had Ford check it, they said the intake manifold runner control is stuck open and there's a relay disconnected. Went to some shops, cheapest is $170 highest is $400. Anyone know how to fix it? I'm a first year freshman starting in a week already hurting for cash. :/ not a good start to being on my on for school.

They had it written down at Midas but I don't remember it. They just said the intake manifold runner control is stuck open due to a relay that's disconnected in the intake. She's sat since I posted this. Have an appointment Wednesday to have the intake pulled apart.
