tranny swap

Helli, I have a 03 automatic and I'm looking to swap. A lot of the forums I've read all say your just better off to sell and buy a differnt one but I've had this mustang for about 4 years and it was my first car when I turned 16 so selling it is not an option. I'm just looking for a list of parts I would need and a rough estimate on a total price. And would it be cheaper to search around for a parts car. Thanks in advance

Mustang parts specialties in GA has everything you need. Google them, they are reputable and very helpful.

Yeah I've been looking into and on a college kids budget I don't see it happening lol. So I've decided to keep it # matching and just by a gt when I graduate. But what are some things I could to do to give it a boost zero to 60 and 1/4 mile time

Tuner is the biggest bang for your buck. Makes your car into a new one.
