Rear Speaker Installation

Good day folks... I have a 1994 Mustang V6 3.8L convertible. I am changing out the speakers in my car. The front speakers are a cinch to remove because it is just a matter of removing the front door panels. However, for the rear speakers I am not so sure. Do the speaker grilles just need to be removed or the whole panel? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks a million!!!

Really, the whole panel. I saw the grille had a little give so I thought it would be that easy. Is it tough to remove the rear quarter panel? I looks like I need to remove the seat to do that. If so, that sucks...

Okay, cool. Mine is a convertible so I did not know if the configuration was different at all.

Thanks!
