bouncing idle and car jolts when driving down the road.

so I was driving my car fine all day long & then I start her up at a gas station & her rpms r all over the board. I put her in gear & begin driving. Shes slow to respond to the throttle & when she responds she will do jolts of acceleration. I gradually accelerate and then bam I get thrown in my seat as she acts like I let up on the throttle emediatly and then lurches forward like I floored it. Yet my foot hasn't moved. This is what the rmp looks like when I push in the clutch and hold it. 2000-1000-1200-700-1500-800-1700-etc

Someone help me please. I've.just dumped 375 in her to get the whole clutch assembly replaced.

could be a faulty TPS or MAF sensor...you can test the TPS with a voltage meter

I know mine did something a little similar when my CAI came separated from the MAF, just wasn't as extreme.

I fixed the problem. No lights were on. And the o2 sensors were loose.
