Attempting a tranny swap!

I'm going to attempt to swap in a 5 speed into my auto '98. I have a T-5 out of a fox, I have the pedal assembly out of the same fox...
I have a clutch kit, but I don't know if it is the right size?
So what else do I need? Do I need a '98 manual harness and manual computer? Or could I save some cash and have my computer flashed or something?

Using a Fox T5 and bell its likely you will need a DS spacer or different DS. My guess is that you'd need the ECU but not the whole harness. The end of the input shaft may also be a different diameter then the pilot bearing being the trans was behind a V8.
