CAI affect stang with cali emmisons

Im looking at the AM CAI for a 2000 v6 before i get it i want to know if it will hurt my engine any way because mine is a california stang so i have california emmisions. I will appriciate any help

No it was made in Cali so it has a smog pump and stuff like that i just need to know if a CAI would mess any of that up

I think you just have to make sure that it has a CARB number somewhere on the intake itself.. I remember when I had a 95 camaro it had an aftermarket intake and they needed a carb number To pass smog.. I live in Cali too btw
