98 v6 fron wnd problem

So I hear kind of a whistle on my right side when driving by I picked up mu car and spin the wheel diddnt hear anything wat could it be

Do you have a Cold Air Intake? Those will whistle with acceleration alot.

I have one but I also parked the car and when I turn my wheels all it felt like my car would lift up

hub...as in hub assembly (front wheel bearing)

while your in there look at the tie rods and ball joints
