Rear light issues

I was doing a light check on my 01 v6 and noticed my reverse lights and license plate lights don't work. My brake lights, turn signals, and parking lights work fine. Also the trunk light and 1/2 of the 3rd brake light work when u pop the trunk but as soon as u open it they go off, then back on when u hold the trunk almost closed. All the fuses are good except my aux pwr fuse. Would these issues be related? Or are they separate? And how do i track down the problem(s)?

Sounds like it could be a broken wire if it's on when you pop the trunk the goes off when you open it. Check where the wire harness bends with the trunk lid for a broken or brittle wire
