Re: M112 on mustang v6

i've seen a few, expect about 70rwhp ish if i remember correctly

Mysteed Performance: Making the Impossible, Possible. has a bunch of kits and stuff if you want to look around

i'd recommend just going with an intercooled centrifugal supercharger for safty and more power

It's not a bad set up for how cheap they are, but after all is said and done
Kit
Then new hood then painted...
Your sitting very close to 4,000 right there
I say procharger or TMA turbo.
Procharger=4200ish
TMA Turbo=3500ish
M112 Kit=3000ish

And remember the first two do not require a new hood, the turbo requires a turbo style exhaust tho.

M112s are cheaper thdn that...average one online is around $700 in tn. The guy i know selling his only needs some bits (95% full kit) and he wants $1100

How is his set up? Is he using that rediculous adapter plate that cost $900?

I'd imagine not if he's selling for $1100.

I'd love to have it...
But it would have to be kept until near February time... If that... If I get my new job maybe sooner...

Damn must be rough lol...well that's a f*ckin good price then for that kit so anyone in the market for an m112 setup should definitely inquire.

Would need a new cam grind, an bigger injectors... Plus another tune. But with the heads and lower intake would all be worth it.

Re: M112 on mustang v6

you end up with a heat soak not efficient design root blower and to make it much worse no real world every day cooling solution other than meth injection

plus I dont believe the stock hood fits, and it costs what a centri blower would end up costly generally

the power level is ok but you cant really push much more than 8-10 psi also.

I would avoid it or go with a twin screw (better design) but then again no intercooling ability on a positive displacement blower that mounts to the intake directly.
