Idle air control valve

Can anybody help me my 2000 v6 3.8... When I give it a little gas before releasing the clutch on first gear the rpm stays at 2000 and won't go down unless I stop the engine.... I already replaced the tps and cleaned the idle air control valve

Yep ive seen the MAF sensor dropp to 23 on the BARO,,and cause that,,after you clean it ,,disconnect the neg battery for about 10 mins,,reconnect and drive immediatly,,to reset the BARO..I have also seen the idle air bad and cleaning it doesnt help,,

Are you sure the throttle plates arent sticking,,

The maf? I cleaned the throttle body too... I'll clean the maf and see what happens thanks guys
