Mines a daily driver. I checked the voltage on the battery and its fine. I still need to check the alternator and starter. Before that light came on there were a couple times it was hesitent to start up.

Theres a little white wire on top of the alternator. Check that before you do anything else. They shake loose sometimes. It's happened to me a couple times already. In fact it happened to me today when I was in my schools parking lot.
