Strange Movement

Hey guys so I've noticed that when I shift from park into drive or any other gear my car likes to jump a little bit in the direction it's supposed to drive. Like if I put it in drive it will jump forwards and if I put it in reverse it jumps backwards. Even with my foot all the way on the brakes it always jumps and I can't ever keep it from doing that. Does anyone have any insight on what could be causing this?

Your rear calipers are most likely seized/stuck. My old 2000 did this and after i fixed the brakea the car suspension would still jump up a little after switching gears but it would no longer mover

Only when I put it into gear it jumps. It hasn't always does that which is why it concerns me. When I put it in gear the rpms stay about the same but when I go from reverse to neutral to drive my rpms usually drop to around 500
