Valve covers

So i wanted the bbk valve covers but i read they suck a crazy amount of oil through the p.c.v valve so i figured my only other option is paint. I avoid painting anything myself because for lack of a better word i suck at it. So if anyone has any tips as far as prep work, the type of paint i should be using, what type of finishing product i should use (i want them to be some what glossy) and really any engine type painting tips you guys have. Thanks again.

Do they really send oil up the PVC valve? They fixed that issue on the 01-04 mustang v6s

Because the BBK's don't have baffles behind the holes like the factory valve covers do
