tool for steering wheel removal?

So about six months ago i started an interior swap from grey to char. black cuz i scored a 85% complete interior (missing steering wheel and air bag, pass. airbag, rear head rest , headliner and seats) for 100 bucks at a salvage yard they were kinda dirty but cleaned up awesome. Any way on to the q. I just bought a a char. black wheel and driver airbag so i started pulling the old one out so the last thing i did was remove the torx retaining bolt for the wheel but that f***** won't move. Do i need to use like a pulley removal tool to remove it or something?
