A grinder I'm guessing. The main guy is a friend and he wanted me to have the new wheels mounted so he could know exactly how much to lower. Well I have school whenever I'd be able to leave the car so I wouldn't be able to watch either ways. Its about 1 full coil for a 1.25 drop isn't it?

a full coil is as close as you'll get to that...may need to pull the ISOs to do it...depends on your springs

FYI: I cut 1 full coil in rear, 1/2 coil in front. Removed all iso's. If you replace iso's, rubber is a softer ride.

That looks low in front for 1/2 coil. I was going to cut mine. I was just going to cut one coil off front. I only want to do it once but now I'm thinking bout starting with 1/2. It looks like one coil on your front would've been way to much.

here's 1.25 coils off the front and 1 coil off the back no ISOs...

same on this one...

could be the difference of sn95 vs new edge

I didn't even think about that. Is there that much difference in weight between sn95 and N new edges? I always figured they were bout same.

So for an easier safer drop. I should have one full coil cut off and pull isos to get as close as I can to the drop I want? What's the difference of ride comfortability without the isos?

No problem. If I cut one coil off front can I use foxbody struts?

Yeah, -I used "Fox Body" shocks/struts & lowering springs.
*The bumpsteer kit and the x2 balljoints were spec'ed for the SN95.

Yes, Fox Body struts/shocks can be utilized. You can see the pic of the FB KYB's I used and how much they protruded up through the caster camber plates in the other pic.

Yes, hood shut. These Fox Body pieces were shorter than the oem shocks/struts I took out.

I want to lower mine the 1.25 coils off front and 1 coil off back but I'm sure the wheel size I put on will make a difference in the drop. Would it be same coil cuts with 18" wheels?

Wheel size does not matter, it's tire size, 275/35-18 is the proper size I believe

I got 245/45-18. I didn't want them too low profile.

The other size is 245/40-18, so yours are a little taller, I think you'd be fine with the normal cuts
