Weird Jolting

So every time I turn the steering wheel to the left or right my car loves to jolt. I'm thinking its the power steering fluid. I honestly haven't changed it in five years. But idk if that would cause the problem. So I need some help so I can fix it ASAP.

Have somebody look under the hood while you turn the steering?

Also, check your serpentine belt tensioner. If the tensioner is bad and the belt slips you can get that same feel.
