Well today was a big day. I drove about an hour to pick up a t-5 transmission, bellhousing, and transmission harness that I aquired through ebay for $120. Transmission alone is worth a $250 core for a rebuilt
So I get home and realize it's Saturday and I got paid. I went and got my stub and we got bonuses for doing well in evaluations this period so I had almost 200 extra on top of my check to play with
Got home and I picked up the following..

That just leaves a few things and this project is in motion. I still need to find an Aluminum Flywheel and Driveshaft, 94-95 Pedals, and a 94-95 Steel Bearing Retainer. After that I believe I'll have what I need. I am going to either have the chip reburnt by VMP to turn off the automatic shift points or else just dynotune around here.
During the swap I will also be installing a new rear main seal, 4.10's(actually having them installed)and a Locking Differential as well as a new Waterpump(overheating issues, hopefully will solve them).
I am mulling the idea over in my head of starting my suspension..perhaps some 17x10.5 Cobra R's to accompany the 2 17x9's in my garage? Bullitt Handling Kit? Hmmm
