Ok, looks like back yard customs is going to get into the motor building business this fall. I have a mechanic coming over to aid in this process, but I believe that myself and the car owner (tigerfan) would love to see any how to articles y'all might know about so that we can read up on it so we aren't completely clueless when the time comes. We will definitely be leaning on mechanic man for this, but both want to get knee deep in it as well to learn it.
I've managed to find this article so far: Cam swap on a '98 3.8L Mustang
I'd like to do a good bit of reading on this over the summer. I'm also going to tear down the 4 cyl I have laying in the back yard to get familiar with the whole process even though it is a little different motor....the general concept is still the same.
Anyhow, anyone have any thoughts on this topic?
