Headlights

Anyone know which color wire powers the headlights I'm trying to hook up lights in my car but ones that turn on when I turn on the lights

Black is negative and I think my running was green with white and my headlights were solid green but I'm not sure

If you have a voltage meter you can test

Oh okay yeah I have a 2000 and I have red lights I already have in my grille but I want it to turn on when I turn on my lights not with a switch anymorw

Wire to your amber constant power not the headlight power...no need to strain the headlights

Dang I was gonna try putting the lights how I could keep them on and blink with the blinkers but that didn't work:p lol but thanks I got it!
