Well my dad says hes against it. And he had his cousin do it for $150 bc it was 'difficult'

Defiantly. It's a do it yourself mod for sure. I'm 19 and have no mechanical expertise and did it in three days. But that's because I did it alone with no help and I didn't have a C clamp to put my break pads back on so I had to wait and buy one lol

17 helped my cousin do his. 2-3 hours like said then done my brothers 08 both were easy. New edge is way easier.

Ive done em on my 94, and my 03. Not difficult at all, takes about two hours from start to finish. Some basic hand tools. Spring compressor and impact gun make it even easier, but they are not necessary.

Took me two hours by myself with handtools....check youtube and see if theres an install vid he can watch and make him feel better.
