Yeah, it works like everything else....
Just takes some work, won't ever fit under a 94-98 hood though.

first off you'll need to swap over to a split port...as for what year the pre 99 ones are the common one to use.

94-98 were single port
99-04 were split port

for him to swap split port parts over to his car he'd need to do a split port swap first

yeah, you have nothing to worry about. When I got this car I litterally knew nothing about it. except that it was a mustang and that mustangs are ****ing cool...(better than the hyundai I had before lol) I do like the 94-98 style best though.

you wont be seeing extra power from the TB swap...mainly you do it because it's just needed unless you go the other route.

Does it have to be 65mm or will a 70mm from a stock 2000 gt work?

I thought they were all 65's lol but 5mm isn't a huge difference, as Lon as you have the gt throttle cable it shouldn't be a problem

2001 Ford Mustang GT Throttle Cable | eBay

96 04 Mustang GT Throttlebody Factory Throttlebody | eBay

Will these work for the swap? and then I can just buy the rest of the hoses and stuff?
